My Morning Routine

In the mornings, I like to take things slow and ease into the day. One of my favourite parts is chatting with my enablers—it always helps me feel grounded and inspired before the day really gets going. If I’m in the mood, I love putting on some music while I get ready (and maybe having a little dance too!). Before heading into any activities, I like to relax with a protein bar or some fruit while watching a bit of YouTube.

It’s my time to settle in, feel good, and start the day on my own terms!
